Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing interventional radiology procedures, including vascular interventions, biopsy, and tumor embolization.
  • Conducting oncological interventions such as chemoembolization and radiofrequency ablation (RFA).
  • Managing endovenous laser therapy (EVLT), angioplasty, and stenting for vascular conditions.
  • Performing image-guided interventions for trauma and hemorrhage control.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Teaching and mentoring junior staff and trainees.
  • Contributing to research and clinical innovation in interventional radiology.

Requirements

  • Recognized medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Specialist accreditation in Radiology from a recognized board.
  • Eligible for medical registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and Specialist Accreditation Board (SAB).
  • Extensive experience in interventional radiology, with a focus on vascular and oncological procedures.
  • Fellowship training in interventional radiology preferred.
  • Proficiency in advanced imaging techniques.
