Our client a reputable hospital located at the East of Singapore is looking for a Facilities Executive to join their growing team. The prospect should have a FSM Certificate as its a key requirement.

Job Description
BUILDING MAINTENANCE
- Examine building defects to determine need for repairs or replacement, and propose recommendations to improve home environment;
- Investigate and coordinate to facilitate upkeep/ repair/ maintenance of all mechanical & electrical equipment; plumbing; fire safety equipment and system;
- Ensure proper documentation including maintaining a list of equipment with/require warranty of all building defects and repairs;
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the building, grounds and all equipment;
- Coordinate with the pest control vendor and disposal of all types of waste;
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and codes;
- Ensure safety equipment are in excellent conditions;
- Establish standards and procedures.
HOUSEKEEPING & LAUNDRY
- Partner with operation team to ensure cleanliness of the premises, quality of housekeeping service, and laundry services.
SECURITY & OFFICE OPERATIONS
- Assist the inter-professional team leads to develop and implement security measures for the home;
- Responsible for the maintenance and operations of the audio visual system security and CCTV systems and fire safety equipment;
- Responsible for managing the FCC and security services.
SUPERVISORY
- Manage contractors on-site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements;
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients, staff and visitors/ guests.
OTHERS
- Conduct Fire Safety and Workplace Safety briefings;
- As SMC/SIC for CERT;
- Work with the inter-professional teams for improvement of quality and work processes;
- Assist VP (Corporate Services) for compliance and regulatory audit and coordination work on-site where appropriate;
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department;
- Manage the inventory items in the store
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma in building related discipline; or Degree in building maintenance/ engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building maintenance or relevant experience preferably in hospital or nursing home settings.
- 5 Days Work Week, Office Hours
